How To Deal With Others-2 Timothy 2:23-26

2 Timothy 2:23-26 (New King James)

23
But avoid foolish and ignorant disputes, knowing that they generate strife. 24 And a servant of the Lord must not quarrel but be gentle to all, able to teach, patient, 25 in humility correcting those who are in opposition, if God perhaps will grant them repentance, so that they may know the truth, 26 and that they may come to their senses and escape the snare of the devil, having been taken captive by him to do his will.

I don't like bickering Christians. We are all brothers, all Saints, ALL FLAWED. Everyone struggles with something.
Yes I do believe that if your brother is a true friend they will confront you because they love you and want to help or want to see what's best for you. And you should confront them as well, but so many times a discussion or correction turns into a full fledged blown out argument that causes more damage than good.
Why can't we all just get along? We're on the same side right?

You can have the best intentions, but yet achieve nothing because of how you do things.

Your approach as the above scripture states should be:

-Gentle
-Patient
-With Humility
-for the purpose of teaching

Remembering and Understanding that ~God grants them repentance, so that they may know the truth. (v.25)

It's not about YOU, what YOU do/say, it's what God CAN DO, WILL DO and what WE NEED TO LET HIM DO.

The Bible also warns to Avoid Dissension

dis⋅sen⋅sion

–noun
1. strong disagreement; a contention or quarrel; discord.
2. difference in sentiment or opinion; disagreement.

Synonyms:

altercation, argument, bad vibes, bickering, clinker, contention, controversy, difference, disaccord, disagreement, discord, discordance, dispute, dissent, dissidence, disunity, faction, factionalism, flak, friction, fuss, quarrel, scene, sour note, static, strife, trouble, variance, wrangle

Titus 3:9-11 (New Living Translation)

9 Do not get involved in foolish discussions about spiritual pedigrees or in quarrels and fights about obedience to Jewish laws. These things are useless and a waste of time. 10 If people are causing divisions among you, give a first and second warning. After that, have nothing more to do with them. 11 For people like that have turned away from the truth, and their own sins condemn them.

Forget Ebay

What I hate about Ebay.
It's getting harder and harder to sell on Ebay.
There is much too much overseas competition. It's not for the average joe anymore.
The little people are getting pushed out by big business.
Things are getting expensive, which kills what essentially made eBay Great in the first place.
It's not free anymore ;(.
I tried selling on Ebay for about a month and lost more money than I made because of listing fees and shipping charges.
WATCH OUT FOR SCAMMERS! eBay is full of them.
Which is another scary thing for sellers, if you don't have some kind of delivery confirmation or tracking number you basically have no proof that you sent the items, so any buyer can make a claim that they never received the item and paypal WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY and give it back to the buyer, despite what paypal says, there is very little seller protection.
Tracking numbers and delivery confirmation to protect yourself adds extra COST.

SO lets all forget the Greedy eBay Empire. Don't sell yourself short (or cheap) But get the full VALUE for your time and products by:

Selling your Handmade Items on Etsy!

Ebay will still get a cut because a far as I know they now own paypal.

What is Etsy?

-First of all it's a Great eBay Alternative for seller of Handmade items.
-Etsy is a very user friendly website dedicated to Handmade items.
-There is no fee to sign up and start selling.
-Sellers basically create their own online store.
-Stores can have as much inventory as you like.
-Very user friendly and easy to use.

What I like best about Etsy.

Low start up cost.

It's free to sign up. There is no monthly fees for members. The listing fee per Item you want to add to your store is only $0.20 twenty cents and the item is listed for 4 Months (way better than Ebay). You pay a 3% fee only when your item sells. You get billed every month and the total charges for the month is due the following month, but you can pay any time with your paypal account or a credit card.

Great Community

There is already great community of buyers and sellers on etsy, which means lots of traffic. There is also forums and help from other members of the etsy community built right into the site.

Other Great Etsy Stuff

There is a wide selection of beautifully crafted products. I never get tired of browsing. If you like unique quality gifts. This is the place for you. You don't have to be a seller, with Christmas coming up there is something for everyone on etsy. If you know what you want you can contact a seller and ask them to make it for you.
Most sellers are happy to do custom request, so if you like the price and quality of a certain seller's work you can commission your very own custom one of a kind piece from that seller.

Mario and Luigi Hat Set

I just made a listing on my etsy shop to sell my Mario and Luigi hats in a set. This is great because you can now get both hats for the same flat rate shipping. Thank you USPS for the large Priority Mailers. It's been going well so far. I've sold three sets, which helps to move my Luigi hat inventory, because before I was only getting orders for Mario. I also found a slightly better green fleece, still a little dark for my taste, but much more vibrant. I need to get my little brothers over to model the new hats and update pictures ;)

My Mario and Luigi Hats are a perfect fit for any Super Mario Brothers fan. Don't let the pictures fool you. These hat have been worn by children of all ages, from 6 months to 12 years old. They even fit me (small sized adult). This classic beret style hat looks cute on all sized and age models ;) The best thing for dress up. Once you have the hat you don't need anything else to look like Mario. I'm excited for the upcoming holidays, these hats are great gifts. My little brothers found some overalls and solid red and green shirts and are going to dress up as Mario and Luigi for Halloween.
Halloween is coming up soon, but that's ok if you miss it this is still a great gift for any Super Mario Bros fan.
